National Federation of Insurance Field Workers of India (NFIFWI) is the sole representative organisation of around 21000 Development Officers of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC).Formed on 19th January 1957,NFIFWI is non political in nature and is one amongst the few organisations world over which has remained intact and completed 50 years of service as a trade union. Ever since its inception, NFIFWI has been contributing to the qualitative growth of LIC of India and insurance sector in India as a whole and has stood for the welfare of policy holders, agents and development officers.
